Ways To Pack On Muscle Fast

Have you ever peered in the mirror and considered to yourself, man I truly desire to get into shape? I definitely have in the past, but I most likely won’t ever do it again. So instead of just sitting around and whining, I started to do something about it. In today’s world, there are two different types of people, people that take action, and people that talk about taking action. So take a minute and really ask yourself, are you ready to start getting that dream body?

No one will start working out for you. You are the only person responsible for working out your body. Until you know that you are the sole person responsible for your body, only then can you start forming your new body. Otherwise you might just sit around hoping for the results and in your impatience you end up quiting your working out process. My biggest problem before was that I hit plateaus in my gain, meaning than I would gain muscle and shed the fat, but then it would it stop progressing. I thought that I had a great diet and great workout plan, but why wasn’t my body changing.

Do you know what my problem was? I was doing the same exercises week after week, and of course my body just adjusted to workouts so my gains almost halted. Until I decided to get Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, I seriously didn’t know the first thing about muscle building. This isn’t the only muscle book on the market that works today, there’s The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary, I’m just a big fan of Tom’s book. The material helped me learn a lot and I felt much more confident in the gym. I have since then packed on about 15 pounds of muscle and I’m down to 11% body fat!
