In order to approach women correctly, you need to overcome your own approach anxiety. How do you go about doing that? You need to get the thought out of your head that you need to complete an objective and that you are focused on the outcome. You should be happy as long as you completed the steps involved in the process.
I know this may sound counter intuitive and unproductive for men, because we use logic to dictate our thoughts. You will find if you look to the reason causing the fear of the approach, it is because men are too concerned about the outcome. Us guys simply give too much thought about the outcome, such as being potentially rejected.
If you just change your way of thinking and believe that performing an approach in itself is a success, then you’ll remove a lot of pressure for yourself. If you remove the rejection factor (by not caring about the outcome) and concentrate about just approaching women, then by doing the apporach itself you would have become successful! If she decides to give you her number, well that’s just a bonus!
If you do this, and take this mentality into other aspects of your dating life, you will realize that alot of self limiting beliefs are actually created by yourself and your desire to achieve a certain outcome. Once you realize that the outcome should not be the focus, and instead make sure you turn your attention to the process, then you will succeed a lot more.
Do not dwell on the OUTCOME and focus on the PROCESS instead!
