Experience Of Driving Honda Civic
There is a massive buzz around UK about the new model of Civic from Honda. I think the new model looks like a space ship. I prefer the old Honda Civics than the new once to be perfectly honest, well the shape I mean. Honda cars are manufactured in Japan and are meant to be one of the most reliable and powerful cars. Honda are always the biggest manufacturer of motorbikes and nowadays they are one of the top five car companies. They are not the 4th largest manufacturer of automobile just behind Chrysler.
This is really a positive movement for the Japanese manufacturer because most of the market is taken by German and American manufacturers. Now they are in top four. From a Japanese manufacturer Honda Civic model is the second longest running nameplate in America just behind Toyota Corolla which started in 1968. There is a massive competition in car industry these days and Honda have done very well to keep building reliable and powerfull cars time after time. I still prefer the older version of old Civic models to be honest more than the new Civic models.
Though both of these models are easy to drive but the new models are more powerful than the old obviously, but I don’t like the shape. Honda Civic Type R does 0-60 miles per hour in 6.5 seconds and that is pretty good for a car that doesn’t cost that much. Recently I was given the honour of driving this car by one of the garages and write a review on it. I have written lots of car reviews in the past and for the first I have no negativity to write about this car. It is brilliant to drive. The handling is brilliant. The pick up speed of the car is as fast as a fastest rollercoaster in Alton towers. When you press the acceleration it actually surprises you on how fast it actually is. There are two cars I have loved driving one was the GT model of Alfa Romeo cars and now it’s Civic.
