Mount Olympus is the highest mountain in the country. It also has a National Park. This was not chiefly urbanized for the visitors although in order to uphold the area, and hence to get to the top of the mountain, the best way is trekking.

The rainy season in Athens is from mid-October to mid-April. The average high temperature in July is 33.5C (92F); whilst the coldest month is January with an average temperature of 5.2C (41F).
